What is your return policy?

Will I receive an order confirmation e-mail?
You will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation as long as you have entered a valid e-mail address at the time of your order.
How is my order shipped? Where do you ship to?
Currently, we are only able to ship via UPS to the 48 contiguous states. Regretfully, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally (including Canada). UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
Do you ship on the day an order is placed?
Our gourmet popcorn is made fresh daily, and we will ship out your order within 3 days after your order is placed. When calculating the expected date you will receive your order, please add 3 days to the delivery window you choose.
